comments icon not opening comments

  when I click on the star at the top right it doesn’t display the comments from other bloggers/ show likes.

  i can’t go to support because that button isn’t working either.

  everything else works. I’ve refreshed the browser, used a different browser, cleared cookies/ etc, booted my computer. signed out and logged back into my blog 5 times.

  still not working

  any suggestions?
