Comments in my spam queue are wrong

  I received a spam comment and removed it. That it is removed, is confirmed by me viewing the page:
  http://portonmath.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=spam
  which displays “No results found.”

  Indeed on http://portonmath.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ it is said that “there’s 1 comment in your spam queue right now”.

  So the information which your server presents me on whether there are spam comments in queue is self-contradictory.

  The spam number in that phrase has been wrong right after you delete spams for quite some time I’ve noticed. It will correct itself in a while. As far as spam waiting for you in the queue, just watch the larger number in red above that where it says X Spam. That count is always right.
