Comments in reverse sequence

  I’ve seen this Q a couple of times and each time the answer is: No, that’s not possible. But why can’t WP provide this feature as an option?

  They could, it just not the way blogs are typically done. Comments start with the oldest and go chronological to the newest. You read the post, then you can read the comments from the oldest down the page to the newest. Why would you want to read them backwards? If there are comments that reference older comments, then it would be confusing.

  That’s rubbish – it makes far more sense not to have to continually scroll to the end to read the latest comments! WP please correct this!
