Comments in table

Hey there,
to organize partys etc. I need something on my website where people can write a name and the item theyre contributing. Comments work, but they take up much space and theres is only Name AND Email required or none of both.
Im searching for something where I can either organize the comments in a table form to make it easier to see who does what, or a comment system that does not take up that much space.

Is this for an existing site, or something you’re still planning? I ask as I don’t see any sites in the account you used to post here.
All sites on WordPress.com come with a contact form feature built in. That allows people to submit a message to you privately, without it appearing on the site itself like a comment. You can view messages in the dashboard, and you can also export messages as a .csv file which you can open in a spreadsheet app like Excel.

But if you want the submissions to be public, the only built-in option to have visitors submit content and display it, is comments.
There might be a plugin that does something like what you want, but I don’t know of anything specific, and using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Pro plan.
Another option is to embed/link a Google Form on your site. You can set those up to post submissions to a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. If you want the list to be public, you can then in turn embed that sheet on your site as well, and it should update automatically as people submit the form.
