Comments — last to first

  I have seen that some bloggers have reversed the order of comments on their posts, from First to last — Last to First. If other bloggers can do this, why can’t I? What do I need to do to accomplish this?

  You can go here > Settings > Discussion > Other settings and set that up. See 6. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings
