Add topic to favorites
Is there any way to move the comments link from the top of the post to the bottom of the post? Thanks

That’s not possible without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

Thanks for the reply. I did purchase the upgrade, $99 per year (if that’s the upgrade you’re referring to), but I’m hopeless with this code stuff, so if that’s what it takes, I’m stuck unless it’s really easy to do with straightforward instructions. I looked at the link you provided and it just confuses my computer illiterate mind…alas.

How do I figure out if that’s what I have, and how do I contact staff support? I knew I wanted the domain name without wordpress in it, and I knew I didn’t want any advertisements, so I purchased an upgrade over the free blog. I think it said something about custom design, but maybe not. Sorry for being so useless…

I can see a way to move the comments into the left sidebar instead of the bottom of posts in the Chateau theme. I haven’t figured out how to move just the comments link to the bottom because of how the structure of the posts is setup in HTML. If someone else knows how to do it, please add a reply below!

Try adding this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:
```
.post-info .post-com-count {
	position: absolute;
	top: 130px;
	left: -40px;
}
```

Figured it out (with the help of one of our developers). :) Yay.

This will move the comments link to the bottom right of posts in the Chatea theme:
```
.post {
	position: relative;
}
.post .post-title {
	position: static;
}
.post-info .post-com-count {
	position: absolute;
	right: 0;
	bottom: 10px;
}
```
You can adjust the numbers or exchange “right” for “left” if you want to move the link around so it’s not on the right side of the post.
