Comments link to deactivated wordpress

I had an old wordpress site called blognotgrog. As I didn’t keep that one up, I deactivated it and later started the Baby steps to whole health blog. Recently I commented on another blog, and when you click my name in that comment, it redirects the clicker to a page that says “blognotgrog no longer in use. The user has deactivated.”
Why is my name linking back to a blog I cancelled instead of my current blog and how can I fix it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
