Comments Not Appearing

  I was recently told by someone who regularly comments on my blog that for the past 6 months, she has been unable to leave a comment. Whenever she clicks submit, the comment disappears, and doesn’t show up on my blog, I have also occasionally had this problem when commenting on other people’s blogs, but obviously had no idea it was happening on mine, until now. Would love to know why this is happening. Thanks so much!

  I’m happy to help you with this, and I’d like to get some more information from you. If you can provide the following information, I’ll take a look at everything for you:

  1. The name, date, and time of the user’s comment
  2. Which post the user commented on
  3. If you’re aware of any other users experiencing this issue
  4. The browser the commenter is using
