Comments not appearing in WordPress

I received 2 comments on my latest post via email but they don’t show up in my wordpress admin. Does anyone know why?

What do you mean you received comments “via email”? What was the subject line of the email, and what email address did it come from? On which post were the comments, and what were the usernames of the people who submitted them? All this information should appear in a comment notification email, if that’s what you’re referring to.
We haven’t sent you any recent notification emails about new comments on your site, though. According to our logs we sent you a number of new comment emails two days ago, but those were for new comments on a post you subscribed to on someone else’s blog, https://authorkristenlamb.com/2019/10/beating-heart-author-muse/
Those comments won’t appear on your blog, because they’re not for your blog.
The only comment I see on your site is one by a user named Regina, and that’s a spam comment that you approved. The other comment in your Comments section is your reply to that spammer.
I wouldn’t recommend that you un-spam comments in the spam folder, no matter how nice the spammer is. There’s a reason our filters marked that comment as spam – real comments are never that vague, and real commenters don’t link their usernames to spammy websites like that user did.
