Comments not being allowed

All of a sudden, my post comments are not able to come through even though I know there are comments because I am getting third party emails showing the actual comments but they aren’t showing up on my site anywhere, not even on the back end. On the back end, I do not see them to be able to approve them. They were working just two days ago. When I try to test it myself, it goes through. Other comments are not working and I have no idea why.

You use the self-hosted WordPress version(.org) and your website is hosted on iPage.
We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please either contact your web hosting customer support or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.

Although I suggest if you use Akismet, you should try checking the spam folder.
