Comments not being published

Hello…Since yesterday I have trying to comment on other’s blogs but none of it is getting updated; if I try and and update it again, it says error , duplicate comment deteted. however my comments are not getting published. iFor instance, I was trying to publish the following comment on http://somanybooksblog.com/2014/07/22/lovely-and-inspiring/ “To begin with Hurray and a big Congratulations!! I cannot think of anyone who inspires or is lovelier than you and when I mean you as in you and your blog!! Secondly, Awwww…I am so honored!! Thank You for the very kind words…I am over the moon!!!! BTW, Like I keep saying, we must have been related in some other birth kind of thing (Very oriental) I too am very ticklish in my feet…I too have a high arch and a big rather than a wide foot (pun intended!) and I am seriously linguistically challenged – could never master any language except English!! And now I that I have disclosed so much, have to come up with some new fact…;)” I have tried deleting cookies and waiting for 24 hrs but its not happening. Would appreciate if you could look into this!
