Comments Not Displayed – Found under Feedback on Dashboard
-
Well, I’m at a loss. There was a plugin on the post – “contact form feedback.” I thought it was a comment section. I didn’t realize that WP already had a comment area on this theme (Plum free theme). Unfortunately, though, all the comments that were added through the plugin are not being displayed on the blog but are only found in the feedback section of the dashboard. How can I move the comments from the feedback to the comments section while retaining the commenter’s credentials? And how do I set it up in the comments so that the commenter’s credentials show automatically if they want them to show?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As contact form responses found in feedback are only intended for private communication there is no automatic means of converting them to post or page comments.

In a case like this you will need to contact the authors of those who submitted contact form feedback by email and ask them to submit comments on the relevant posts/pages.
