comments not enabled?

How do I enable commenting on my posts? Bloggers are saying they can’t comment on my posts? Why is this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Bloggers are not able to post comments onto my posts. They can like, just not comment. Is there a reason for this? How do I change it so that commenting is possible?

You disabled comments and now have to enable them. All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post tiles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.
You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
