comments not posting and half of posted sites are gone

My comments are not posting and when I posted my written blog today everything was fine. All went where it was supposed to go. Went to check it and now half of them are gone. I have been a wp blog owner for years and it seems as if y’all have some real issues anymore. You need to get it together and get some of this fixed.
Everything was fine for years until you went in and made all those “better changes.” If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Everything is just too hard and exasperating anymore. I am going to give it a week and if it doesn’t come up and get better I am closing and going to another site.

Are these comments on your posts made by you or by your site visitors on your site? Are they comments you are making on other peoples’ sites? Can you provide a link to a post where the comments (or do you mean the posts themselves) are disappearing?

I have done all you told me to do and nothing. The blogs I am trying to post on are http://beautybeyondbones.wordpress.com and http://lonestarbackroads.wordpress.com Some will let me and some will not. Thank you.

Hello again, so it sounds like you are making these comments on other people’s websites. If so, it could be that comments are moderated and the site owner chose not to post it. When that happens, the comment says something like “Your comment is waiting for moderation” until the comment is removed by the site owner. Every site owner can choose whether to display a comment on their site or not.
If however, the comment disappears right after you click the submit button, then your email address might have been caught in Akismet as spam. If this is the case, you can go here https://akismet.com/contact/ and tick the “I think Akismet is catching my comments by mistake.” fill out the form and use the email address of the WordPressdotcom account you are posting comments with.
