Comments not showing

I’ve had a couple of really nice comments emailed to me, like this one:
[removed from public forum]
Sent by a verified WordPress.com user.
But they don’t show up on my blog. What have I done wrong?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Contact form feedback will never ever appear on the blog posts or pages.

You just violated the privacy of the blogger who used your contact form the way it was supposed to be used ie. for private communication only. I’m tagging this thread so Staff will remove all that private information.
If you want comments that you can approve to appear on your posts and pages read what follows. All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.

You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules

Thank you, that’s really helpful. I didn’t mean to violate anyone’s privacy and now understand how to do what I thought I was doing. Thanks again
