Comments not showing in backend

    Hi there! When we log into our admin, none of our comments are showing under comments. It’s been in about the past week. We get emails that a new comment has been left to be approved, but they’re not there when we log in. Is there any way to fix this?

    Correct account: Yes

    Could you confirm that the site you need assistance with is bibliokidpublishing.com?

    I can see that bibliokidpublishing.com is not hosted with WordPress.com. We are only able to provide support for sites hosted with WordPress.com.
