Comments not showing in chronological order

By default the comments should be shown in chronological order as stated in your help section, however, my comments don’t seem to follow that logic. You can easily check it here: https://everythingisamiracleblog.wordpress.com/2018/10/03/how-to-install-lubuntu-on-a-lenovo-ideapad-100s-11iby/
I changed the settings in Discussion as suggested in external sites. See

Hi there,
When I look at your discussion settings in both https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion/everythingisamiracleblog.wordpress.com and https://everythingisamiracleblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php, it shows newer comments must be at the top.
And looking at your site activity at https://wordpress.com/activity-log/everythingisamiracleblog.wordpress.com, it shows you changed that setting to older and then back to newer in quick succession.
Is it possible you perhaps double-clicked the setting? That would explain the two changes in a very short time frame.
Change it back to oldest by clicking that toggle only once, and wait for the Settings Saved message to appear. If it doesn’t appear on its own, click the Save Settings button to force the update.
