Comments not showing up on one post

Most of my comments show up fine, but on one post (http://starsandsunshine.com/2012/04/12/baby-quilt/), it says there are 29 comments, but only three of them show up on the page. I can see all of them in my dashboard, but they do not show up on the post itself. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Please check your settings on the Discussion Settings page > Settings > Discussion >
Other Comment Settings
Especially note 4. & 5. -
Nested comments are allowed to three levels, but as far as I can tell from viewing the comments on my edit post page, there are no more than two levels for any given comment. My discussions settings do have it set to split into pages of 25 comments each, but shouldn’t there be a way to look at other pages? Am I missing something?

I am having the same issue. This is a new install of WP. I am changing url’s and I can see the name of the person that commented. But I can not see the comment itself. http://www.smallbusinessnet.net . I have looked at the loop in the single.php file and all seems well. I don’t get it!
