Comments not showing up when enabled

Hello, my comments are not showing up on my website jkcraftsco.com for my blog posts. I have enabled on posts and also under discussion and in theme settings and still the option to leave a comment is not showing up. Could some please advise to fix or a way to get the comments to showup via a plug in. My theme is using the Genesis Framework and it is the LovelyConfetti Kate theme. I have reached out to the developer and confirmed all my settings are correct. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hey there, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
Try contacting support for your theme, as that may be your best bet.

@realfayaway, for a comment to appear on your blog automatically, comment author must have a previously approved comment. You can change this if you’d like from My Site>Manage>Settings>Discussion.
