comments not working properly, or not at all

  I’ve had problems with my comments box. It displays too big and won’t let people click on ‘post comment.’ I’ve managed to leave a comment on my own post but the formatting is all over the place. Check this out: http://wp.me/p1HzVM-sx Any help greatly appreciated! thanks :-)
