comments on frontpage

  I’d like to know if it is possible to make the comments be seen on the front page under each post.

  nope, you can only read comments by going to the post’s url. it’s not possible here.

  That’s theme dependant. I know the theme that Donncha uses on his own site does that. I don’t recall any of the themes we have here at WP.com that do though.
