Comments on My Blog

  Am I missing something here?

  Someone is posting comments on my blog and they’re being published without my approval. When I hover over the comment, the options to reply, delete, unapprove etc are there but I never approved the comment to begin with. My settings require an approval as far as I’m aware.

  The person’s comments are fine and welcome, but it’s still a cause for concern. Am I missing something here? Is this normal?

  Go to settings > discussion and make sure that comment moderation is turned on. There are two settings. On requires all comments to be moderated and the other only requires first-time comments to be moderated.

  I can not see the time of my comments, what do I do?

  Not every theme displays the time of comments. You should be able to see them on your Dashboard->Comments.
