comments on my posts

how can i make it possible for readers to comment and like my posts? i have turned on the comments option on my settings, but there is still no comments option on any of my posts

The Comment box appears on the individual post page not the home page. When I go to the first individual post link from your home page I do see the comment box so perhaps you have sorted it all out.
