Comments on old post

    I started with a WordPress.com blog and then migrated to a WordPress.org self-hosted blog a few months ago – my old WordPress.com URL redirects to this site. I just got an email alert about a comment on an old post needing approval – when I went to open it, it opened in my WordPress.com dashboard rather than WordPress.org, and the comment is not visible on my site. The email was from (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Is there a reason that this might happen? I haven’t had any issues with comments before.
