Comments on Pages Question
-
I have a page on my Blog called “Scribblings”, it’s somewhere I decided to put poems once in a while, as opposed to an actual post. My question is, I had a reply to my first Scribbling, is there a way for those comments to stay underneath that specific Scribbling, so that when I add my next one, the comments go with the appropriate Scribbling?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
If you are referring to the front page of your blog then do note that all comments are collapsed on that page to reduce page loading time and that cannot be changed. When visitors click the post title of leave a comment link the full post displays on it’s own page with all comments on the post displayed beneath it.I think you also need to comprehend the differences between pages and posts. If you choose to create a page structured blog rather than the conventional post based structure there are ramifications to doing that.

Staff have provided help for those who want to structure their blog like a website. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/
What’s critical is:
(1) a clear comprehension of the differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
(2) a clear comprehension of the fact that there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. But we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages. Note: There must be one published post in each Category in order for there to be anything to display.
A custom menu allows you to display Categories with drop-downs to sub-categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation where normally only Pages tabs are displayed. If you wish you can also include Pages with drop-downs to sub-pages and custom links in your custom menu as well. How to create a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

I’m actually talking about my 6th Page “Scribblings”
For the most part I just do regular Blog Posts, Scribblings is a Page I just added to my Blog Site (not a post), but on this page I typed a poem, and got comments. I just realized because it’s a Page and not a regular post, that if when I add my second poem, all comments will stay underneath, and it wont be clear as to which comments go with which poem.

The default comment setting are on this page > Settings > Discussion
instructions
We can also override those default settings and enable or disable future comments on individual posts and pages.Whew! I hope that cover everything. lol :D

That’s why I posted the linsk for comprehending the differences between pages and posts and the link to the article that explains the consequences of making the choice of using a static page. If I were you I would copy and paste all your individual scribblings into separate posts (there is no automatic way to transfer content from pages to posts and visa versa). I would create a Scribblings Category and assign it to those new posts. Then I would copy and paste all the existing comments from the page to the posts as well. Lastly, I would delete the existing Scribblings static page. Then I would create a custom menu (see my instructions above) and include the Scribblings category in my custom menu.

lol, yeah I was replying to your first reply whilst you were still hard at work, lol… Thank you so much for your time, and the info… I was thinking that as well about copy and pasting, and just removing that page. Didn’t realize what I was getting into, lol

I have noticed many bloggers don’t know what they are getting into. I’m constantly biting my tongue. lol :D
If you bookmark this page then you can work through all the information and create a far more effective site that will be more likely to result in your Scribbling posts getting backlinks and your blog earning a pagerank.
posts = lost of Google juice and better opportunities for backlinks
static pages = little Google juice and rarely attract backlinks -
