Comments on transferred post

  I transferred my blog posts from my wordpress onto my partners site, everything went over successful, the post and comments, however it no longer lets anyone comment on the post.
  I have the allow comments section ticked but it still says ‘comments are closed’ anyway I can open them…?

  Hi there, can we have a link to one of the posts on the partner’s site so that we can take a look for you?

  I suspect it is a Discussion Settings difference between your original site and the partner’s site.
