comments only on most recent post?

  Hi. New to wordpress.
  On my blog (http://matthewrupert.wordpress.com) comments appear on the front page only for the most recent post. Older posts still have comments, but you have to click the link to view the post alone to see/add comments. Why is this? Can I change it so the comment link is shown for all posts?
