Comments problem

  heloo,
  i have a problem that users and people can’t make comments in my block , when they post a comment , a notification appear : Error: Your mail-address syntax is correct, but your mail-server did not respond in time.
  plz, i want a solution

  Questions that would help:

  1. By “block” do you mean blog?
  2. Does the notification appear to them, or to you?

  No mail-server should be involved in a user leaving a comment on your blog. The email address is used purely to identify who they are.

  The problem is that only me (administrator)and authors can make comments , the people cant !!

  If you want anyone to be able to leave comment and are having a problem with the email you can uncheck the setting title “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail” on the Settings -> Discussion page. That way readers will not be required to fill out those fields.
