comments problem
-
I can’t see any messages (comments) in the window on the right side of blog from one of my subscriber. Comments from other people – no problem. What’s the problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The recent comments widget is evidently set to display the most recent 15 comments. Is there a comment from the subscriber that you refer to among the last 15?
-
I dont have this widget. I can see all of the comments except of comments from ONLY ONE subscriber
-
I dont have this widget.
The title of the widget titled “Недавние комментарии” is translated by Google as “Recent Widgets.”
I can see all of the comments except of comments from ONLY ONE subscriber
As I asked before, has there been a comment from that ONE subscriber among the last 15?
You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar at the right here to call for staff attention. Staff has access to your administrative areas, whereas volunteers such as myself do not.

Correction (Sorry!):
The title of the widget titled “Недавние комментарии” is translated by Google as “Recent Comments.”

Hello. Yes. There been a comment from that ONE subscriber among the last 15. I can not see ANY of his comments. But rest of comments I can see correctly – iy’s about 50 or 60, but nothing from only ONE subscriber (((
-
Sorry. I got you. I am not talking about widget “Recent Comments”. I’m asking about the function of the blog that is located at the top on right side of the page. By clickcing on it you can see all of thr latest unread comments, likes, etc.
-
Thanks for the screenshot. I should have read the first post more carefully. You said “messages (comments) in the window on the right side of blog.” I will tag this topic for staff attention. Staff will respond here.

Do you see comments from that ONE subscriber among the list of all comments at the WP Admin Comments page for the site: https://crimeaua1.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?
-
Or at the My Site(s) Stats/Insights page, https://wordpress.com/stats/insights, under Comments > Comments By Authors?
-
musicdoc1, yes I can see all of the comments at the WP Admin Comments page including comments from that one subscriber
-
Hi crimeaua1,
but nothing from only ONE subscriber
What is the username you are unable to see in the latest comments at the top right?
-
-
Hi crimeaua1,
I’ve found multiple comments by that username in the Trash folder. Can you see the comments you are looking for there? These trashed comments won’t be displayed in the recent comment timeline.
-
Hi gemmacevans
No, that’s ok. I sent it to trash folder when moderated messages in blog
As far as I understand you don’t know why I have this problem with this user? ((( -
Hi crimeaua1,
I’m speaking to our developers to see if there is anything that could be causing their comments to be absent from the list. I’ll be in touch when I have more information :)

Hi crimeaua1,
I asked our developers to have a look at your site. They have confirmed there are no issues with the comments submitted by Шурф Лонли Локли and your comment notifications are working as expected.
The comment feed can display up to 100 recent notifications — they are displayed in chronological order with the newest at the top. On a busy site, older notifications will quickly move down the list and be replaced with newer notifications. A comment may not appear in the list if there has been a lot of new activity since it was submitted.
If Шурф Лонли Локли‘s comments are visible on the Comments page in your WP Admin dashboard, it means they have been successfully submitted to your site:
https://crimeaua1.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php
I hope this helps put your mind at rest.
@musicdoc1 — thanks for all your help!

Hi
I can not check it now because Шурф Лонли Локли is not writing for last days. But before his comments were not displayed in comment feed (ONLY his comments). But his comments were successfully in Comments page. So, I had to check every time comment feed and Comments page. And it’s kind of hard for me because every day I have a lot of comments
Thank you
