If you let us know when they next comment, we’ll take look. That way we can see the issue you are having in action :)

Hi! I have 2 blogs. I am currently logged out from the one blog and logged into my private own blog, but when I want to reply to comments left on my blog, I get a message saying I’m trying to leave comments as if I’m logged into my other blog and it prompts me to log in (with the other blog’s details!- whilst already logged in to my private blog!) This has happened quite a few times now and it’s annoying. I’ve deleted browsing history, logged out a few times, logged back in, same problem. Please advise!

I can only reply from the admin side without being prompted to log in with the other blog’s details. I will appreciate any clarification on this problem.

Today Шурф Лонли Локли finally wrote a comment in my blog and the same problem. I can’t see ONLY HIS comments at recent notifications section – only I can see at the WP Admin Comments page -

Between Людмила and kymeec should be comment from Шурф Лонли Локли. In case if I don’t check his comments at the WP Admin Comments page I don’t know that he wrote me.

Thanks for that. I left a test comment on your site but still haven’t been able to replicate the problem — my comment appeared in the notifications area of your site as expected. When you are looking at comment notifications, which tab are you on? For example, ‘All’, ‘Comments’.
In case you haven’t seen it yet, comments can now be managed in the Comments area of your site:

I’d be interested to see if the missing comments appear in the new Comments area once they have been submitted to your site.

Hi there,
You don’t see Gemma’s comment, because she deleted it after checking whether it appeared in notifications. As she said above, the comment showed everywhere for her where it was supposed to show.
At this point there’s really not much else we can do. There is no reason why comments from just one person would not show in notifications, and we’re not finding any way to trigger that from happening on our end.
One thing you can perhaps try: In My Site ->Settings ->Discussion, add the person whose comments don’t show in notifications, Шурф Лонли Локли, to the moderation list. Then, if they comment, you should receive an email asking you to approve the comment. Let’s see if that works as it should. If it doesn’t it might give us some more information to work with.

Okay, we think we know what’s the cause of this, and we’re looking into it. Thanks for your patience as we tried to figure this out. I’ll let you know if and when we are able to fix it :)

Seems it was easy to fix in this case. The issue was with that user’s account, not with your site, and their comments should show in your notifications again now. We’re also looking into what caused this to prevent it from happening again in future.
