Comments Problem

Hello!
I’m having an aggravating problem tonight. I was having an issue with my plugins, so I had to deactivate them all one by one and then reactivate them. Now, if you go to one of my blog posts, and go to Comments, you’ll see that there is no ‘reply’ option. I can only reply to people via the wordpress dashboard, and other people can’t reply to other comments at all. I have gone through each of my plugins and tried to figure this out, but nothing works. Any suggestions?
‘Reply’ was working fine until I deactivated my plugins and reactivated them.

If you were using Jetpack comments, it would be worth checking whether that feature is still enabled.
