Comments section is missing

  Despite several attempts to use “Discussions” I cannot add the Comments section to my blog. It used to be there, but it is a couple of months since I have added a new blog and now it is missing. Can anyone help? Blog is http://destinydelivered.wordpress.com/2013/12/23/whats-another-year/

  For future posts, go to Settings > Discussion and make sure the option “Allow people to post comments on new articles” is checked.
  For your latest post, go to Posts > All Posts, click Quick Edit under the post title, check the options “Allow Comments” and “Allow Pings”, click Update.
