Comments section is squished!

  My comments section gets horribly squished when people reply to each other. The longer the discussion goes, the more squished the next comment will be. Here’s what I mean:

  I’m using the “Wu Wei” theme. Could that be why?

  You have set up “nested” comment here > Settings > Discussion and you have made them too deep. It’s my experience that more than 4 deep will create the appearance you have now. I suggest going back to that page and changing the setting to a lower number, or simply choosing not to nest comments at all.

  The only issue now is that there’s no longer a “Reply” option in my comments section, so that would probably also mean people can’t reply and wouldn’t get an email message telling them if someone replied to their comment. *Sigh* Oh well. I’ll take that over having a squished comments section.

  That ‘reply” link was fro replying to a specific comment. It’s not longer there because comments are not nested – and that’s normal. There is still a “Leave a Reply ” link.

  Ah, that’s what I thought. I guess I’ll have to encourage people to use quotes, then.
