Comments Section: WHOIS?

  Just curious. Today I received email notifcation of a hate filled obscene comment awaiting my moderation. I suspect this might be from someone who (unfortunately) I know.

  In the email notification from Wordpess, I noticed this:
  Whois : http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl?queryinput=75.137.254.184

  I clicked on that link and came up with this page:
  http://ws.arin.net/whois/?queryinput=75.143.224.0 — can anyone tell me, basically, what this means?
