Comments sent to spam- Safe?

How do I know if a comment sent to spam is safe to publish or respond to or follow its links?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If it’s flagged as Spam, there’s a reason. Spam and Safe don’t go together.
If you think you want to try one of the links, make sure you have good anti-virus protection and other security in place. I know I would never click on one intentionally.
By all means, don’t ‘publish’ one unless you’re absolutely certain it’s there by mistake. For example, if you KNOW the sender.
