Comments, spam and etiquette

So, here’s an odd duck of a question about comments, spam and etiquette.
Our newish blog gets comments like, “This really essentially a lovely stuff. An doc something like this provides precisely how deep the concept is actually realized by publisher.” It just seems like the person who wrote it either isn’t a native English speaker/writer, or just had their own unique sense of sentence structure. It ends up in the spam folder, and then I’m not sure what to do with it.
On the one hand, I can approve the comment, but I might be giving the green light to everyone all over the world who sends spam comments that say, “like ur blog, give ice cream sunset tickle agate” with a link to an ad for male enhancement products.
Or, I can delete the comment, which seems rude, just because the commenter has an unorthodox sense of sentence structure. Seeing as a large portion of our blog is about poetry, rock and roll, and booze, it doesn’t seem right to dismiss someone just because they don’t follow traditional rules of grammar.

The sender’s e-mail address also seems odd, with too many dots and numbers to be something easily trackable and usable. which makes me think it’s a spammer.

    Thoughts? Comments? Anecdotes?

    Thanks in advance,
    Lindsay
