Comments that are not spam, not appearing or getting spammed

  Hi there, I’m having problems with comments appearing on my blog. First, one of my top commenters (Hazy Shades of Me) ended up with her comments of the last month ending up in my spam folder. When she asked about it, I found them and pulled them out. She commented again to test and her comment appeared. However, today she commented again and her comment isn’t anywhere. Plus another comment by a fellow blogger isn’t there and neither is my response comment, from Francis Guennette (disappearing in plain sight). Please help!
