‘comments’ to take fewer rows?

    My blog is http://www.soundkamloops.org

On the right hand side, I have widgets for ‘comments’ and ‘categories’. I would like visitors to see on initial view that both exist. My thought is to make the comments section shorter, either with fewer comments displaying at any given time or the little heads to be ousted, then relocate it above the ‘categories’ list.

Is there a way to display fewer comments or to oust the heads?

If not, other ideas for having both ‘comments’ and ‘categories’ title bars show in the initial screen shot? (With 5 comments displaying at any given time, even when ‘comments’ sit above ‘categories’, the category list is not visible in initial screen view.)

You can change the number of comment shown in the recent comments widget by going to presentation > widgets and clicking on the icon on the right end of the widget and changing the number. While in there, make the avatars smaller. Then click the X in the title bar and then click the “save” button.

The categories widget can also be changed to a pulldown instead of a list by again editing the widget settings similar to what I outlined above.
