Comments under all posts

Hello,
I am trying to add a comment box under every post, without the user having to click on the title post to get to the actual comment box. For some reason, I have only managed to get a comment box under the latest post and can only access it by entering the specific post. I am using the twenty seventeen theme. The blog is thesuperquad.com
