comments vanishing

    Hi there

    Someone keeps commenting on my page but there comments just vanish.

    They’ve never had issues before and have been commenting for years.

    I’ve checked all my settings and all seems ok.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the comments by multiplemichael? Those are being filtered as spam.

    You can view those comments at Comments ->Spam in the dashboard. If you believe they shouldn’t be in spam, mark them as Not Spam, and that will train our spam filter to allow similar comments in future.

    (Just noting I see you also have 930 comments in the Pending tab at the moment. Those comments aren’t visible on your site, and will only become visible once you approve them.
