Comments will not appear on blog

Whenever people post comments to my blog, they do not appear, yet the system stops them from posting duplicates. I had no problems with my comments until just a few days ago. This is when I began receiving e-mails from users who were unable to post. I went in and tried to post as well, but it would not work. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?? Thanks!

Could someone try to post a comment on my blog, to see if commenting works? Comments should appear automatically, they are not kept for moderstion, but they simply have not been working for the past several days.

There is a weird shadow effect on your comment button; did it always look like that?
