Comments without need of my approval on my website.

  On my website on WordPress.org, I cannot find a way to stop the function where I always have to approve a comment. how is that done.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The best place to find support for a self-hosted WordPress site is here:
  http://wordpress.org/support/
  http://codex.wordpress.org/

  However, I would expect that the setting would be in more or less the same place that it is on WordPress.com. Which would be in your Dashboard under Settings–>Discussion.
