Comments without post

  I’d like to have a comments or “testimonials” blog. Just a place for visitors to leave their comments. How can this be done?

  You could create a testimonial page with a short introduction and then people could put their comments there.

  Yes but how do I do that without the visitor commenting on a post but just leave a comment?

  Pages can have comment too. You name the page “testamonials” and then it appears either in your top navigation (if your theme has it) or in your “pages” widget.

  You’re welcome.

  The page solution is probably still your best bet since it would not require “hacking” the theme files (not recommended unless you are good with php programming).
