Commerce Plan-cURL error 7-printify API connection blocked- URGENT

I have been messaging support for the last week asking for help and no one is answering me.
I am on the WordPress.com Commerce Plan and trying to publish products from Printify to my woocommerce store. Printify support reviewed the issue and confirmed its a cURL error 7. Meaning that the API connection to their endpoint is being blocked or is unreachable from my site/server.
They specifically said this needs to be whitelisted or unblocked on the hosting level:
Since I dont have access to firewall settings I need someone from your team to please review this and CONFIRM THAT OUTBOUND API REQUESTS TO PRINTIFY ARE ALLOWED.
