  I publish some art (digital images) on my blog. Is it okay to provide links to an external site (lulu.com) where I sell prints of those images? (one link per post, directly to the product page of lulu)

  The FAQ is rather vague about this.

  you would need to ask staff about that directly. Use the Support button that is normally available on your Dashboard Monday-Friday.

  One link per post would be out: I see blogs killed for that daily. What you can have is a text link in the sidebar to your gallery, but submit the idea to staff to get the all-clear as Judy suggests.
