Communications Specialist can’t access website I manage…

Hi there:
I manage this website: aspencommunitysolutions.org, and both myself and my colleague keep trying to log into the site, only to get kicked out moments later, and then our credentials no longer work (and we are freezed out for 20 minutes only for the same thing to happen all over again.) This has been happening to me for about a week. Can you help?
