Como puedo solucionar estos errores, creo que empezó desde que actualice el PHP

Algún solución que puedo aplicarle, probé desactivando todos los plugins pero sigue igual, la pagina en si funciona, pero cuando le doy para personalizar ahi se queda en blanco.

Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

The other option: you can ask the support of your hosting.

Ok le agradezco por la info, mi pagina esta alojado en otro hosting, pero acá el amigo Galois me paso otro pagina donde puedo preguntar.
