    Hi there,

    I understand you purchased a Premium Hosting plan and are trying to connect it to your GoDaddy domain. It looks like you’re having trouble accessing your website, and I’m here to support you through this.

    I checked on my end, and your Premium plan is active with the domain linked, but it looks like it’s connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re using now. That usually happens if the plan was purchased under another email address.

    To get this sorted, could you please email us the transaction ID for your purchase at help@wordpress.com? It’s safer to share it there rather than here.
