Companies Advertising on my blogs

  Hi there,
  Could I have your help!
  I have noticed companies starting to advertise on my blogs without my permission. As I write about well being and life coaching, having face lift adverts doesn’t really fit into what I am writing about.

  Is there anyway I can block or remove the ads please? The latest is on my recent blog ‘New year, new ideas’.
