Company blog not personal

  I have personal blogs and they all use my posted information. I added a company blog and I do not want it associated with me personally. No one looking to buy the company products needs or wants to know that I like photography etc. I would like to know how to separate the company so the about information tells about our products.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog I need help with is mailboxsolutions.wordpress.com. How do I make it a stand alone blog? Everything continues to point to me at shezwrites.wordpress.com and this is not appropriate for company use.

  Any help on how to do this?
